Hungary - from my point of view
Hi guys :)
Yeah, so this is a typical image that would not say too much to you but makes my heart beat faster, overwhelmed it with sweet childhood memories. You must know the feeling: when you look at a long lost image in an album and you start smiling at it, as the memories come alive in your mind...
So this is a place called "Római", in Budapest where my mother could rent a cabin in every summer. Normally I stayed there for almost 3 months of summertime, guarded by different parents: as they had their vacations they stayed with others' children also so theirs would have a playing partner.
We went here last summer but the place was filled with mosquitoes. That's something normal though.. and at night, walking around, memories of hot summer nights playing "ping pong" (table tennis for advanced :P) with a lot of summer buddies we might not see during school months.
Amazing how special these relationships were: only during summer months, but intense, day and night... and even then we haven't had the need to search for the others from Sept. to May. Of course there were no cell phones back then. (I'm soooo old.. but life exists beyond cell phones and it's rather amusing, eheheh...)
Well, hugs for all of you, guys! Happy Summer :D
